Dr. Roche (she/her/hers) specializes in treating and supporting busy professionals and their families who expect a sophisticated approach. She has over 30 years of experience providing a broad range of high quality services to adults, couples, children, adolescents, and families. Roche + Associates was established in 2012. Dr. Roche is committed to providing thoughtful, compassionate, nonjudgmental, individualized, and collaborative care in a modern, comfortable space. Practitioners who are similarly committed to excellence in clinical service have been carefully chosen to join the practice.
Previously, Dr. Roche has worked in a variety of outpatient, school, residential, inpatient, and private settings and has provided a wide variety of treatment and assessment services. She values collaborating with other professionals and is comfortable with a large variety of presenting problems. In addition to her generalist practice, Dr. Roche specializes in women’s transitions and work/life balance, relationship issues, couples therapy, adult ADHD, college students (including in most other states), and parenting, as well as team dynamics, coaching and leadership development for executives and emerging leaders.
Fees are paid at the time of service and Dr. Roche does not accept insurance. However, the necessary documentation can be provided to submit for out-of-network reimbursement. Roche + Associates clinicians are not Medicaid/Medicare providers.
In addition to directing Roche + Associates, Dr. Roche is a co-founder of Therèxec Partners, LLC. There, she helps executives and leaders usher their teams forward. Therèxec helps companies understand interpersonal dynamics, encourage productive conflict, implement proven communication strategies, and develop their leadership teams.

Dr. Roche received her doctorate in clinical psychology, with an additional specialization in lifespan developmental psychology, from the APA and CPA accredited program at the University of Victoria in British Columbia, Canada. In 1998, she moved to Houston, where she completed a pre-doctoral internship in clinical psychology in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Baylor College of Medicine and a post-doctoral fellowship in clinical psychology at the Houston Psychotherapy Institute.
Dr. Roche holds an appointment as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Baylor College of Medicine, where she participates in the education and training of clinical psychology interns. She has served as an Instructor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine and has held an additional faculty appointment at Sam Houston State University. She has presented at numerous professional conferences and in community settings and has published research in peer-reviewed journals.
In addition to her home state of Texas, Dr. Roche is credentialed to practice telepsychology in many other states under the authority of PSYPACT, and holds an Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) from the PSYPACT Commission.
