Dr. Roche provides executive and leadership coaching. Over 20 years of experience as a clinical psychologist have given Dr. Roche a keen insight into human behavior, relationships, and leadership styles. She can quickly and accurately understand the needs of owners, executives, and leaders, as well as the interplay of relationships within a team. As an executive coach, she can partner with you to identify problems, resolve conflicts, improve relationships, and enhance team functioning. Dr. Roche holds a certification in Leadership Coaching from Rice University, Doerr Institute for New Leaders, and is a Professional Member of the International Coach Federation.
