Dr. Turner (she/her) joined Roche + Associates with considerable psychological assessment and psychotherapy experience and has provided many clients with comprehensive and individualized reports. Dr. Turner is a Licensed Psychologist, experienced in both the assessment and treatment of children, adolescents, and adults.
Dr. Turner specializes in formal psychological assessment related to personality and social/emotional functioning, as well as cognitive and academic functioning. Her specific interests are in the evaluation of anxiety, mood, behavioral, neurodevelopmental, and trauma-related disorders. Additional areas of interest include the therapeutic assessment of childhood trauma and related interpersonal difficulties.
Dr. Turner received a doctoral degree in Health Service Psychology (clinical and school) from University of Houston – Clear Lake in 2022. Previously, she earned a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Sam Houston State University in 2018. She has worked in outpatient, residential, inpatient, and forensic settings. Dr. Turner has published in peer reviewed journals, presented at conferences, and has completed undergraduate and graduate theses, as well as a doctoral dissertation related to childhood trauma, mental illness, and academic outcomes.
Fees are paid at the time of service, and Dr. Turner does not accept insurance. However, the necessary documentation can be provided to submit for out-of-network reimbursement. Roche + Associates clinicians are not Medicaid/Medicare providers.
